Do you deliver locally?
Yes. Have a delivery day in mind? No problem, let us know and we’ll do our best to get it there on or day before the big day! Allow at least 1 day handling time. (Select Date as You Go through checkout )

Do you sell Christmas gift basket hampers?
Yes, Christmas is our busiest time of the year. The hampers will become available beginning in October. Look for our full sized items in a range of combination hampers as the perfect gift idea this Christmas. We begin our Xmas listings around October and will continue to add some new arrivals throughout the lead up to Christmas.
I am planning a birthday party gift, do you deliver to the door?

Do you give me a tracking number?
Yes, on the same day we post your order out via Australia Post we will send your tracking number via email.
Can I get a gift card included?

How can I let the person know who sent them the gift hamper?
Simply include your message in the text box as you proceed through checkout. The gift card is complimentary. In addition, our policy is “no invoice included”.
Do you ship internationally?
No, not at this time, Australia wide only.
What is the delivery time?
- We pack and send out in 1-2 days.
- Delivery times and costs: Shipping and handling are included in the shipping rates you see on the listing pages.
- We offer two rates: Standard and Express via Australia Post.
- Processing plus delivery times typically vary from approx. 3 days – 7 days depending on your state location within Australia.
Can I replace the non alcoholic wine for alcoholic wine?
Yes, no problem! Ask if you would like us to swap wines. We understand different people require different needs. The prices will be the same. Simply choose the beverage from our range you see. You may also be interested in our new Build Your Own Gift Hamper service.
How large are your hampers?
We have two sizes. Medium and Large. The large box is 310x220x102mm and the medium box 220x160x77mm.
How do your little oil scent bottles work I see in your hampers?
Simply remove the lid, pour in your own oil or scent, shake a few times, screw the wood lid back on firmly, then enjoy the fragrance as it infuses through the wooden lid. Hang in the wardrobe or in the car.
Can I buy 2 gift hampers and get them sent to different addresses?
Yes absolutely! We understand family and friends are scattered all over Australia! Simply contact us and let us know where you would like us to send them. You will receive a tracking number for both.
What payment methods do you offer?

Do you make up business gift boxes?
If you see an item anywhere across our product range then yes, if we have it in stock and can make up a custom box especially for you. Simply contact us to discuss how we can help.
Returns and shipping problems:
We are happy for you to return a gift hamper for a full refund or exchange if it’s not what you were looking for. Please return to us in same new condition for re-sale. Postage will be your responsibility.
Although rare, on occasion the postal services may deliver a product that has been damaged during the delivery process. Should you have a problem with a damaged item, please take a photo and send to us asap. We will happily send you a replacement out or refund your money.
Can I get a custom gift box hamper made up?
Sure! So long as you see it in our store, simply tell us what products you want and we’ll do it up for you. Contact Us here so we can discuss it further.
Can I get a gift tag put inside the box because it’s a gift for someone else?
Yes, just let us know what you want written on the gift tag! We’ll include it free of charge.
How do you present the gift box hampers?
We place the items in a new plain white gift box with natural fine wood wool shavings (to protect during the delivery process) and tie with colour coordinated accent ribbon. Your gift hamper is finished with a message “Especially for You” attached on the outside of box. This can be removed at your request. You may tell us what type of ribbon or cord you prefer.
Why do you only have one gift hamper in stock?
Because we often create and offer one-of-a-kind “one off” unique gift hampers. In some cases we replenish stock, sometimes we cannot get the item again (to avoid disappointment, if you like it, buy it in case we run out)
Where are your products from?
We mostly source products locally from Victoria and Australia wide. Sometimes from Scotland UK, USA, France, New Zealand, Switzerland, Germany and around the world.
Are your hampers packed overseas?
No. We always have unique hampers exclusive to Gift Hamper Addiction.
There is NO mass manufacturing.
Stock availability:
Because we make unique, often one off gift baskets / box hampers, sometimes we may sell the last item before our listing is updated online. This is rare, but in the event of it happening or we run out of an item, we’ll always either upgrade your purchase or give you the option of a replacement item or a full refund. The choice will of course will be yours. We love happy customers!
